Refund Policy
We’d like you to be thrilled with your purchase!
Because our products are made to order, we handle returns and refunds a bit differently than traditional retailers.
Returns & Exchanges (Within the Return Window)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if there is a sizing issue, we’re happy to help.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item
- Please email help@whiskeyrivertees.com with your order number and details before sending anything back
- Once approved, any required return must be shipped within 14 days of our correspondence
If you are requesting an exchange due to sizing, please let us know before shipping so we can confirm availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we’ll gladly help you select an alternative design.
Made-to-Order Items & Late Requests
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not maintain inventory or restock returned items.
- Returns or refunds requested outside the stated return window cannot be accepted
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed
- Gift dissatisfaction, preference changes, or delayed requests do not qualify for refunds
In some cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion as a courtesy. Store credit:
- Does not require the item to be returned
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be exchanged for a refund
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs, once eligibility is confirmed.
Refunds are only available when:
- We are contacted within 5 days of delivery
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (if applicable)
- The issue qualifies under this policy
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Shipping Responsibility
Until an approved return is received (if applicable), we cannot be responsible for it. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
